Mantis, the provider of warehouse management systems, joined ecovium at the beginning of 2022.
Year 2021
Merger to form ecovium and associated strategic realignment of the company’s focus. Purchase of the SAP and customs expert AZS & ZOB.

MHP Solution Group welcomes FSN Capital as a new investor, bringing TMS provider Transdata, hardware integrator Panda Products, and origin-of-goods specialist AZ GmbH into the group.
Year 2019
Expansion of the logistics division through the acquisition of LogControl GmbH from Pforzheim and the KDL Logistiksysteme GmbH based in Hamburg.
Year 2016-2017
Investment company Elvaston acquires a majority stake in MHP Solution Group to advance its long-term growth. Also integration BNS Software& warehouse management specialist aisys GmbH into the group.”
